I have contacted Adobe support and am very frustrated with them.

They made a good effort and tried tweaking power management settings in the NIC but since only Adobe InDesign has a problem, they are pointing the finger at Adobe. Trying different network cables and placing the machine at different physical locations.Ĥ. Clean install of OS and making sure latest drivers and BIOS are installed. The currently the problem only happens on Three Dell T1700 workstations. I'm working with a team of about 15 people and copying files locally is really not very nice.

It seems Adobe is not willing to help just because we are opening files over a network.
